Thomson Reuters disclosed that an unauthorized party obtained files from C-Track, the court case-management platform sold by West Publishing, with the activity tied back to March 2026 and discovery reported on June 30. The affected footprint spans courts in 11 U.S. states, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Ontario, Canada.

The reporting says the exposed material may include Social Security numbers, financial-account data, medical information, driver's license numbers, passports, court files, and even sealed records.
